Terms of Use

These Terms of Use, together with our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and ScalpTrading.in. They apply to the website, the ScalpTrading app, courses, ScalpTool 2.0, live alerts, the community, and our Telegram/WhatsApp channels. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• Courses: free and paid trading education courses, with PDFs and certificates of completion.
• ScalpTool 2.0: a TradingView indicator available on a paid plan.
• Live alerts: automated notifications from ScalpTool for active members.
• Community, blog, IPO GMP tracker and app.

ScalpTrading.in is not SEBI registered and does not provide investment advice, portfolio management or guaranteed signals.

• You must be at least 18 years old. The platform is not for minors.
• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Do not create accounts for others or share your login.
• You can sign up with email or with Google. You can delete your account anytime (see the Privacy Policy).

• Free courses need a free account. Course material is for your personal learning only.
• Do not copy, share, upload or resell course content, PDFs or videos.
• Access continues as long as the course is offered on the platform. We may update or retire content.
• Completing every module of a free course gives you a certificate of completion with a public verification link. It confirms course completion only and is not a professional qualification.
• We may cancel certificates obtained by misuse (for example, automated or fake completions).

• How access works: pay for a plan on Cosmofeed, then submit your TradingView username and payment ID in My Account. After we verify the payment, we send a TradingView invite, usually within 24 hours.
• Plan period: access is valid for the plan you bought (monthly, 3 months, 6 months, yearly or lifetime). Plans do not auto-renew; renew from the website before expiry. Access is removed when a plan ends.
• Lifetime means for as long as ScalpTool is offered by ScalpTrading.in.
• Personal use: access is only for the TradingView username you submitted. You may not share, transfer, resell or publish it.
• No copying: do not copy, decompile, reverse engineer or clone the indicator or its logic.
• We may change, improve or discontinue features. If we discontinue ScalpTool, we will inform active members.

If you break these rules, we may remove access immediately without a refund and take legal action.

• Live alerts are available to members with an active ScalpTool plan, and only if you turn on notifications.
• Alerts are technical information, not advice. They may be delayed or missed due to TradingView, internet, device or push-service issues, and we are not liable for that.
• Do not forward, resell or publish alerts.
• The app may be updated, changed or temporarily unavailable.

Prices are shown on the website. Payments are processed by Cosmofeed. Because our products are digital, all sales are generally final.

• ScalpTool: no refund once the TradingView invite has been sent. No pro-rata refund for unused time.
• Paid courses: no refund once access or files have been delivered. Try the free courses first.
• Exception: if we could not deliver what you paid for because of a technical problem on our side, contact us and we will review a refund case by case.

These rules apply to the app community, comments, and our Telegram and WhatsApp groups:

• Be respectful. No abuse, harassment, hate or personal attacks.
• No buy/sell calls, paid tips, "sure-shot" signals or account-handling offers.
• No spam, promotions, referral links or selling of products/services.
• Post only content you have the right to share. No illegal, obscene or misleading content.
• Do not share other people’s personal information.

You keep ownership of what you post, but you allow us to display it on our platform. We may remove content, mute or ban accounts that break these rules, with or without warning.

• Hacking, scraping, overloading or bypassing security or paywalls.
• Creating fake accounts, or impersonating ScalpTrading.in, Shivam or our team.
• Selling unauthorised products or groups using our name or content.
• Abusing referral offers, coupons or free courses (for example, multiple accounts).

All content on ScalpTrading.in, including ScalpTool code and design, course material, articles, graphics, logos and the name "ScalpTrading", belongs to ScalpTrading.in or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use it commercially without written permission. Short quotes with clear credit and a link are fine.

Our services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScalpTrading.in and its team are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our courses, ScalpTool, alerts, app, community or content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific product in question.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or misuse our services. You may stop using our services and delete your account at any time. Sections on intellectual property, liability and governing law continue to apply after termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably. If that fails, courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat will have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the current version, and major changes will be announced on the website or our Telegram channel. Continuing to use our services after changes means you accept them.
